The rental price of our storage units varies according to their size. The good news is that the bigger the unit you choose, the cheaper the square meter becomes.

Minimum duration of our rental agreements is one month. From then on you can stay as long as you need.

Once you have leased your storage space, the monthly rental price stays the same.

Only the clients who installed electric power outlets and who keep electric equipment in their storage units will be charged a monthly fee according to their consumption.

Espaço Para Tudo has the right to terminate a rental agreement on its own behalf only under the condition that its tenants either fail to pay the rents within reasonable time or in the event that the latter otherwise fail to comply with the rental agreement conditions.

The rental procedure is quick and easy. As a private client, you just need to present either your ID or your passport. As a business client though, you will need to submit an updated extract of the commercial register or an equivalent document, plus a copy of the company owners’ IDs and their contact data.

Espaço Para Tudo accepts the following payment methods: MBWay, debit cards, wire transfer or cash.

The sizes of our storage units range from 2 to 40sqm and have a regular height of 2.80m. Aside from those, we also have 1cubic meter large lockers for smaller items at our facilities in Estoril and Marvila. The storage units can be used for keeping furniture, sales products, paperwork, tools or even your Christmas tree … i.e., for practically anything. It is always up to the client to choose his favorite facility location and unit (size). As long as there are enough units available, you are free to choose.

We only arrange for electric power outlets upon client request.

Of course you can! Our staff is more than happy to welcome you and to introduce you to how everything works. This will allow you to see our facilities and storage units from inside and to make a more realistic comparison between the available storage sizes. 

Depending on the current availability of our storage units, you can either change to a bigger unit or temporarily rent out a second one. Our team on site will always try to show you different alternatives and offer you the most practical solution.
